A browser-safe color palette consists of 216 colors and is used when the site is viewed from a 256 color system.

2. Is it still relevant in today’s context? Why?

Yes as some people still use the older monitors.

3. What are the common fonts face found on PC & Mac?

Arial, Times New Roman, Arial Black

4.  What is page loading time and how it influence your design?

Page loading time is the speed of the page being loaded and it depends on the speed of your internet bandwidth.  It influences my design because if a webpage is filled with pictures, animations and videos,  it will take a much longer time to load completely.

After reading the article about Web Design Process, I feel that planning a Web Page beforehand is very important.  From the design of the page to the contents of the site has to be planned throughout.  It has also taught me that the web designer and client has to work closely to achieve a good website.  The blog gives a rough idea of the process you go through when designing a website and after testing the site, it has to be advertised well enough to get the viewers attention to visit the website. I feel that the blog is very useful for people who are new to web designing and it gives a very basic idea of the process of web designing.
